Your OddStorm account

Your plan, your payments and your settings each have a page in your oddstorm.com account. This tour shows what every page is for and the one or two things you'll actually do there.

6 min read Updated

You can do most of it yourself: pause and resume a plan, file a money-back request, swap the card after a failed renewal, pick which emails reach you, ask for a bookmaker and write to us.

Finding your account pages #

Sign in and click your username at the top right: the menu lists your account pages. Open one and the same list, plus Feedback, runs down the left side of the page (on a phone it turns into a row of tabs).

Subscription: what you have and until when #

Under Your access, each plan shows when it started, the day it's active until and the days left. A plan bought while another was still running shows as Scheduled and opens by itself on its start date.

  • Renewal: plans that renew on their own sit under Recurring subscriptions, with the next charge. Cancel stops the renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Just paid and it isn't there? Press Refresh.
  • Card: when a plan renews by card, Change the card we charge opens the Card tab in Billing, where a new card replaces the old one for the next renewal.

Pause and resume

Pause subscription stops your access and any upcoming charge right away and saves your remaining paid time. While you're paused, the page shows a resume-by date: resume by then and you get all of that time back. It also shows how long one pause can last and how many pause days you've used this year.

Billing: invoices, credit notes and refunds #

Billing has two tabs. Invoices lists every payment with its number, date, product, amount and status, and View opens a printable copy. When a refund goes through, a credit note appears next to the invoice it cancels, carrying that invoice's number and date.

The refund button

Your first paid subscription comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee: a full refund, no fee. For those 7 days a Request refund button sits next to that invoice. Press it, confirm, and the status turns to Refund requested while we review it; the money goes back the way you paid. The 1-week plan isn't covered, and a refund ends the access that payment bought and stops its renewal.

The Card tab and a failed renewal

Card holds the card we charge for your next renewal. Your details go straight to our payment provider, and we never see or store them.

If a card renewal fails, we email you and flag it in your account. Don't buy the plan again: add a working card on the Card tab and we retry the payment right away. Rather stop? The same tab lets you cancel that plan, and we won't try the failed payment again.

Profile: time zone, emails and your details #

Profile holds your name and email (to change the email, contact support) and a Change password button. Three settings deserve a minute:

  • Time zone, under Preferences. Event times follow it, and a wrong zone is the usual reason a live match looks like it hasn't started.
  • Email preferences, also under Preferences. Switch off Your plan (reminders about your plan) or News and promotions; receipts, payment notices and sign-in links always arrive. Every optional email also has a one-click unsubscribe.
  • Country, under Billing. We use it for your invoices and VAT.

Deleting your account

Delete my account, in the last section of Profile, files a request. We delete the account within 30 days and email you when it's done, and until then you can cancel the request on the same page. We keep only the invoices and payment records the law requires.

Notifications and History #

Notifications collects account, subscription and service updates from OddStorm, unread ones on top, with a Mark all as read button. Answers to your feedback land here too, and anything urgent also runs as a strip across the top of the site.

History is your account's timeline: payments, access, trials, pauses and resumes, refund requests and the day auto-renew was cancelled. It starts in June 2026; older payments are on the Billing page.

Bookmakers and Bookmaker requests #

Bookmakers is the account-page version of the Bookmakers panel in PreMatch and InPlay: saving here changes what that panel shows. Each bookmaker has a PreMatch and an InPlay column with two boxes. Show displays it, Required shows only the arbs that include it.

Bookmaker requests is where you ask for a bookmaker we don't cover yet and vote for the ones others asked for. Both need an active paid plan, though anyone signed in can read the list. Request a bookmaker needs only a name, and as you type it tells you if we already have that bookmaker (turn it on under Bookmakers) or if someone already asked for it (vote for theirs instead).

Our team reviews each request before it opens for votes; until then yours shows as Awaiting review. Once a bookmaker moves to Added, its entry links to Bookmakers so you can switch it on. The five open requests with the most votes also appear under Most requested on the Supported Bookmakers page.

Feedback: write to us #

Feedback is where you tell us what to fix, add or improve: pick a category, write it in your own words and press Send. If you've never paid for a plan, you get two short questions instead: what's missing, and what would make you subscribe.

Everything you send stays under Your feedback, marked Received or Answered. When we answer, the reply shows under your entry and reaches you as a notice on the site and as an email.

Where to go next #

The payments and subscriptions guide explains how plans, renewal and stacking work, and the getting-started guide tours the feed your Bookmakers selection shapes. Got an idea none of these pages covers? That's exactly what Feedback is for.
