How plans are built #

Pro and Elite are identical in scanning speed, odds and timing; Elite adds the Navigation feature of the desktop app. The product decides which feed you unlock: PreMatch, InPlay, or the combo. Longer durations price lower per month.

Current prices always live on the pricing page: they are dynamic over time but the same for everyone, non-negotiable, with no discount codes. Any 'weekly' or '3-month' plan you may find referenced somewhere old no longer exists.

Paying #

Checkout supports card payments, Skrill and PayPal. Activation is immediate on successful payment; the receipt lands at your registration email, and every invoice stays available in your account.

Managing a live subscription #

• Renewal: card and Skrill payments can renew automatically; see and control it on your Subscription page. Nothing renews silently that the page does not show.
• Stacking: buying a second subscription while one runs QUEUES it: two 1-month subscriptions bought June 4 give access until August 4, never overlapping waste.
• Pausing: self-service from your Subscription page. One pause lasts up to one sixth of the billing period (monthly 5 days, 6-month 30, annual 60), with at most 60 paused days and 3 pauses per year. Paid days are preserved and your end date shifts by the paused time. Trials cannot be paused; Skrill-billed plans go through support.
• Refunds: your first paid subscription carries a 7-day full money-back guarantee, filed from your Billing page. Outside it, refunds are discretionary: pro rata for unused time minus a 15 to 35 EUR processing fee.
• Transfers and upgrades: support can transfer a subscription to another user, or price a mid-term move from Pro to Elite; write from your registration email.

The trial, precisely #

One 24-hour Elite PreMatch+InPlay trial per user, available Monday to Thursday. Create the free account first, then ask support at least 24 hours in advance from the registration email, naming the date that suits you. That is the entire procedure; there is nothing to buy first.
