New guides for web filters and your account
The new Web App Filters and Presets guide explains the sidebar filters and presets on the web Surebets, Middles and Polish Middles pages, and it ends with a checklist for when a surebet you expected isn't there. Your OddStorm Account walks through pause, refunds, invoices, the Card tab, email choices and bookmaker requests. And the Help Center has five new answers, from reaching support to payment methods and deleting your account.

Odds pages load faster, with fewer errors
Odds Comparison and Asian Lines pages now open at once instead of sometimes taking several seconds to load. When odds are slow to update, PreMatch match and market pages show the most recent odds, at most a minute old, instead of an error page.

Links now keep you in your language
Menus, sign-in, your account pages and the page you return to after paying now stay in the language you picked. Before, many of those links sent you back to English.

Delete your account from your profile
Your Profile page now has a Delete account option. We delete the account within 30 days and email you when it's done, and you can cancel the request on the same page until then.

Live odds pages no longer bounce to errors
When a live match, market or league page takes longer than usual to get its odds, you now see a short page asking you to try again in a minute. Before, you could land on the match archive or an error page.

Paused plans now show a resume-by date
While you're paused, your subscription page shows the last day to resume and get all your remaining paid time back. Past that day, it shows when your access ends if you resume now.

Choose which emails we send you
You can now switch off plan reminders or news and promotions under Preferences in your profile. Receipts and sign-in links always arrive, and every optional email has a one-click unsubscribe.

Write to us from your account
There's a Feedback page in your account now. Pick a category, tell us what's missing or what broke, and we answer in the same place. The reply reaches you as a notice on the site and as an email.

Request a bookmaker and vote on others
Missing a book? Your account now has a Bookmaker requests page where you can ask for it and vote on what other subscribers asked for. The five most wanted sit on the Supported Bookmakers page, and everyone who voted gets an email once a book goes live.

The 1-week Pro plan is back
Try Pro for a week from €50, then it continues as the monthly plan unless you cancel before day 7. We'll email you before the first monthly charge. The week itself isn't covered by the money-back guarantee.

Billing emails for payments and renewals
You now get an email receipt for every payment, and a confirmation when you pause, resume, turn off auto-renew or ask for a refund. We also remind you before a promo price ends, before a 6-month or annual plan renews, and before your access runs out.

Confirmation dialogs now in your language
Cancel, pause and refund confirmations used to show English buttons in every language. They now follow the language of the page.

Retry a renewal with a new card
If a card renewal fails, we now email you and flag it in your account. Add a working card on the new Card tab in Billing and we retry the payment right away, so there's no need to buy the plan again.

Sign-in now works in Russian and Polish
The sign-in link used to drop Russian and Polish visitors on an error page instead of the login form. Both languages now open the login and registration pages properly.

Refunds now come with a credit note
When a refund goes through, a credit note now appears on your billing page, next to the invoice it cancels. It carries that invoice's number, its date and the reason, and it prints like any other document.
