New guides for web filters and your account
The new Web App Filters and Presets guide explains the sidebar filters and presets on the web Surebets, Middles and Polish Middles pages, and it ends with a checklist for when a surebet you expected isn't there. Your OddStorm Account walks through pause, refunds, invoices, the Card tab, email choices and bookmaker requests. And the Help Center has five new answers, from reaching support to payment methods and deleting your account.

Delete your account from your profile
Your Profile page now has a Delete account option. We delete the account within 30 days and email you when it's done, and you can cancel the request on the same page until then.

Choose which emails we send you
You can now switch off plan reminders or news and promotions under Preferences in your profile. Receipts and sign-in links always arrive, and every optional email has a one-click unsubscribe.

Write to us from your account
There's a Feedback page in your account now. Pick a category, tell us what's missing or what broke, and we answer in the same place. The reply reaches you as a notice on the site and as an email.

Request a bookmaker and vote on others
Missing a book? Your account now has a Bookmaker requests page where you can ask for it and vote on what other subscribers asked for. The five most wanted sit on the Supported Bookmakers page, and everyone who voted gets an email once a book goes live.

The 1-week Pro plan is back
Try Pro for a week from €50, then it continues as the monthly plan unless you cancel before day 7. We'll email you before the first monthly charge. The week itself isn't covered by the money-back guarantee.

Billing emails for payments and renewals
You now get an email receipt for every payment, and a confirmation when you pause, resume, turn off auto-renew or ask for a refund. We also remind you before a promo price ends, before a 6-month or annual plan renews, and before your access runs out.

Retry a renewal with a new card
If a card renewal fails, we now email you and flag it in your account. Add a working card on the new Card tab in Billing and we retry the payment right away, so there's no need to buy the plan again.

Refunds now come with a credit note
When a refund goes through, a credit note now appears on your billing page, next to the invoice it cancels. It carries that invoice's number, its date and the reason, and it prints like any other document.

Every OddStorm update now lands on /news with category filters (New, Improved, Fixed, Bookmakers), an RSS feed at /news/rss.xml, and Cmd+K search across entries. Stable permalinks let you link a specific update anywhere.

Request a refund from your Billing page
The 7-day money-back guarantee on your first paid subscription is now self-service: file the request on an eligible invoice and we'll refund you the way you paid. Outside that window, refunds are pro rata minus a processing fee, per the updated Terms.

Pause your subscription right from your account
Up to 60 days a year across a maximum of 3 pauses, each capped at one sixth of your billing period. Your remaining time is credited back the moment you resume.

The new Help Center at /help answers the questions arbers actually ask, from legality and bankroll to avoiding limits, across 5 categories. Press Cmd+K anywhere on the site and every answer is searchable.

The new Billing page lists every invoice with its status and a printable view. History gives you a full timeline: payments, access changes, trials, and promo redemptions.
