Clone bookmakers

Many bookmaker brands are the same product underneath: one platform, one odds feed, many storefronts. These clones matter to arbers twice: as spare capacity when a main brand limits you, and as a trap when 'the same' bookmaker shows slightly different odds on a different domain.

What a clone is #

White-label and skin operations let one operator run dozens of brands: same odds engine, same markets, same risk department, different logo and domain. Asian operators take it further with regional mirror domains of one brand, sometimes with slightly shifted odds per region.

OddStorm scans the PRIMARY feed of each bookmaker family and names it accordingly (the in-app bookmaker list is the reference). When your local storefront is a clone of that family, the odds usually match, but 'usually' is doing real work in that sentence.

Why arbers care #

  • Spare accounts after a limit: a clone of a book that limited you is a NEW account contract on the SAME odds, lawfully opened in your own name. Same odds, fresh welcome, often a fresh signup bonus too.
  • Risk correlation: clones often share a risk department. Getting limited across several sister brands at once happens; do not count five clones as five independent soft books in your planning.
  • Coverage arithmetic: when choosing which account to open next, a genuinely independent bookmaker adds more new arbs than another skin of a family you already hold.

The exact-domain rule #

Mirror domains of one brand can lag each other by seconds or show regionally adjusted prices. If you bet at a mirror while OddStorm scans the primary domain, you will sometimes see odds that do not match the arb: not an error in the scan, an error in the storefront choice. Bet where the feed is; when reporting mismatched odds to support, always send the FULL domain you used.
