Account verification without the pain

Every bookmaker will verify your identity (KYC), and by default it happens at the worst moment: when you first try to withdraw, freezing your money for days or weeks. The fix is simple and absolute: verify every account on day one, before it holds a single working euro.

KYC is a one-time setup problem, not a recurring fight: one well-prepared document folder clears bookmaker after bookmaker, and one money-routing habit keeps every withdrawal review short. Both take an evening, and this page shows exactly what goes in the folder and which habit to lock in.

Verify before you need it #

Verification takes from hours to weeks depending on the bookmaker's queue and how clean your documents are. Done at signup, that delay costs nothing; done at withdrawal, it locks exactly the money you were counting on for the next arbs. There is no third option: the check WILL happen.

The documents to have ready #

One folder on your computer, prepared once, reused everywhere:

  • Identity: passport or ID card, both sides, corners visible, no glare. Name must match your account EXACTLY.
  • Address: utility bill or bank statement under 3 months old showing the same address you registered with.
  • Payment proof: e-wallet screenshot showing your name, email and the transaction to the bookmaker (much friendlier than photographing bank cards).
  • Source of funds (bigger accounts): a bank statement or payslip. Rarely asked early, standard at higher volumes.

The same-route rule for money #

Bookmakers return money by the road it arrived on: deposit by e-wallet and you withdraw to that e-wallet; deposit by card and you withdraw to that card. Mixed requests get rejected, and each rejection restarts a review. Pick ONE deposit method per bookmaker (the e-wallet) and never improvise.

Keeping every future check smooth #

  • Identical details everywhere: one spelling of your name, one address, your own payment instruments only.
  • Update documents proactively when you move or a card expires; a stale address fails silently at the next review.
  • Answer re-verification requests same-day: accounts flagged 'awaiting documents' are frozen for withdrawals.
  • Never verify with borrowed documents or let someone else use your account: that is the one KYC failure with no recovery.

Where to go next #

The e-wallet guide sets up the money hub that makes the same-route rule painless.
